Egg salad
Number of people this recipe serves: 6
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tbsp Mayonaise
- (optional) 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped (alternative: 1 small onion)
- 3 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper
- If you haven't peeled the eggs, do so now.
- Mash the eggs with a fork, or cut them using a knife or an egg-cutter.
- Add the finely chopped shallot, chives, celery and mayonaise.
- Stir all ingredients together, making sure the ingredients are properly mixed.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
