- 1,5 part salt
- 2 parts nutmeg
- 1 part white pepper
- 1 part paprikapowder
- 1 part gingerpowder (djahé)
- 1 part coriander (ketoembar)
- 1 part clovespowder
- 1 part onionpowder
- 1 part garlicpowder
- 1 part mace (foelie)
- 1 part cuminpowder (djinten)
- Add to same container.
- Make sure mixed as well as humanly possible.
- Add into container such that it will remain dry. (preferably with lid)
